Mergers and acquisitions (M&As) are highly anticipated, high-stakes events. When successful, they are one of the fastest ways for organizations to accelerate growth and increase shareholder returns. But closing a deal is typically a culmination of months, sometimes years, of negotiating, due diligence, and planning.
