Complying with employment-related rules and regulations is an enormous challenge for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Adding complexity to these HR compliance challenges is the increase in remote work. This means more employees in more states, making compliance more difficult than ever.

Harvard Business Review Analytic Services recently conducted a survey to learn more about strategies and best practices for achieving compliance in this complex environment.

In this webinar, HBR-AS’s Alex Clemente will summarize findings from this research. He will be joined by Michael Mendenhall, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer / Chief Communications Officer at TriNet and Doug Riegelhuth, Chief Compliance Officer at TriNet, who will share their perspectives on how SMBs are navigating this landscape.
