How can I place an order?

Why is my credit card being declined?

We take the security of your transactions seriously! Here are some potential reasons your card isn’t being accepted:

  • You are not shipping to the continental US: We do not ship overseas, or to Hawaii or Alaska. (Sorry about that!)
  • You are trying to place the order from outside the US.
  • You are using a foreign-issued credit card.
  • Your
    billing address is not an exact match for the billing address you have
    on file with your credit card company. The billing address entered
    during checkout must match the address associated with your credit card
    EXACTLY as it appears on your bank statement.
  • Your account doesn’t have sufficient funds to cover the purchase.

  • Your credit card may have expired—check the date.
  • You may have entered your credit card number, expiration date and/or CVV (the security code on the back) incorrectly.

I purchased directly from you. What is your return policy?
