Two bills to provide protections for pregnant and nursing employees were signed into law at the end of last year: the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) and the Providing Urgent Maternal Protections for Nursing Mothers (PUMP) Act. How has your company met the regulations in both bills?
