Spooky Pumpkin Protein Pudding Cups
Ingredients
2 scoops Children’s SPIRU-TEIN Junior
1 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1½ cups milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp chia seeds (for thickening and texture)
Optional toppings: whipped cream, candy eyeballs, crushed graham crackers, Halloween sprinkles
Directions
1. Blend the base: In a blender, combine the SPIRU-TEIN powder, pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup/honey, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
2. Add chia seeds: Stir in chia seeds and let the mixture sit for 10–15 minutes. Stir again to prevent clumping.
3. Chill: Pour into small cups or jars and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until thickened.
4. Decorate: Before serving, top with whipped cream, candy eyeballs or Halloween-themed sprinkles to make them spooky and fun!
