Summary.
Like most people, I look back at the start of the Covid pandemic and remember the seismic shifts — virtual work, mask mandates, and lockdowns altering the way we interact and live. But for me, early 2020 marks another unique moment in time, when I was out as nonbinary in my private life, while still presenting as my assigned gender at work.
