Organizational knowledge is arguably a company’s most valuable resource, as it includes research, data, processes, technical expertise, customer insights, best practices, and roadmaps.
Most business leaders (97%) recognize the importance of managing and using organizational knowledge well and creating value from it, according to recent research from Harvard Business Review Analytic Services.
While they understand the value, organizations are struggling to implement effective knowledge management. Fewer than half of respondents (44%) believe their organization manages its knowledge well, and only 3% use AI for knowledge management.
