Summary.
Most of us spend our lives on a journey of self-discovery, trying to understand who we are, what makes us unique, and how we can use those things to be impactful at work and in life. It can feel overwhelming, especially when we’re beginning something new — a new job, a new degree, or even a new relationship. As we go through these transitions, we have to be willing to stop, reflect, and figure out what’s working for us, what isn’t, and how to move forward in a way that aligns with our values.
