What New Leaders Shouldn’t Do

Early in my career, I found the responsibility and challenge of being a young manager exciting. I had encountered a mix of inspirational leaders and some that could have been better. My personality is such that I never shied away from taking charge of projects but being tasked with developing other people required me to develop new skills.
