As CHROs of large companies grapple with their organizations’ diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies, leaders of multinational companies must consider an additional question: Should DEI strategy, resources, and investments be centralized and run from headquarters? Or should they be decentralized, where companies have regional DEI teams in countries where they operate?
